About

At Ballinger, I worked across sectors, including healthcare, higher education, workplace, energy & infrastructure, and civic/cultural projects, partnering with clients such as Yale University, University of Maryland, Duke University, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) to translate complex design strategies into compelling, user-centered stories.

I applied UX design principles to develop and manage digital systems, streamline and automate proposal and work acquisition workflows without sacrificing strategic rigor, and create client-facing experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, including wayfinding, signage, and sustainability displays. These initiatives improved usability, engagement, and seamless interaction for both clients and end-users while connecting design strategy directly to measurable outcomes.
