Ballinger
With prior experience as an architectural intern for the firm, I returned to Ballinger to bolster their marketing resources with UX design principles.

As a marketing coordinator, I contributed across several sectors, including healthcare, higher education, workplace environments, energy and infrastructure, and civic and cultural projects. Working with clients such as Yale University, University of Maryland, Virginia Tech, University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, Inova Health System, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), I collaborated to develop strategic proposals that effectively communicated our design capabilities and solutions.
My role included the creation and management of digital systems- designing websites, overseeing campaign management, and managing social media channels to align with both client and company goals.
In addition, I worked on a variety of client-focused design projects, including wayfinding, signage, sustainability displays, and other digital and physical touchpoints. Notable projects included wayfinding for the University of Maryland's School of Social Work and signage for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Through these projects, I was able to apply my UX design skills to improve user engagement, enhance experiences, and create seamless interactions for both clients and end-users.
